AI Foreman Security Alerts gives company owners and admins a read-only view of redacted signals from AI Foreman interactions in their company. It helps you understand when JobsiteOn security systems identified a safety concern, security probe, repeated violation, support handoff, or unusual data-access pattern.
This page is for awareness. JobsiteOn security handles investigation and alert resolution, so the page does not include resolve, dismiss, or transcript-view controls.
Only company owners and admins can view AI Foreman Security Alerts. The alert service scopes results to the signed-in company and environment. A member without the required role sees a restricted-access message instead of alert details.
The summary shows:
If no interactions have been flagged, the page shows No security alerts.
Each alert row can include:
Alerts appear newest first. Severity and status labels provide text in addition to color, so do not rely on color alone when reviewing the list.
The Settings page displays redacted metadata, not full AI Foreman transcripts. The snippet is intentionally limited and can omit sensitive or identifying content. Treat it as a signal summary rather than a complete record of what a person entered.
Use the category, severity, status, date, and repeat count together. Do not try to identify a customer or team member from the remaining fragment.
No action is required for an informational review. Resolution is handled by JobsiteOn security.
If the alert relates to an immediate company safety or account-security concern:
Confirm that you are signed into the intended company. If you need access, ask a company owner to review your role. Alert access should not be granted by sharing another person's login.
The page reflects security-alert records for the current company and environment. It is not a complete AI usage report. Use AI Usage for allowance information and contact support if an alert appears to be missing.
The page intentionally exposes redacted metadata only and has no transcript viewer. Contact support with the alert date, category, and severity if you need help understanding the signal.
