The primary email and phone are used for:
To change which email or phone is primary, reorder them by dragging the preferred one to the first position.
Tip: Verify the primary email is one the customer actively monitors. Quotes and invoices sent to an unmonitored address will go unread.

Note: You should always keep at least one email or phone number on a contact. Contacts without any contact method cannot receive quotes, invoices, or notifications.
