Export Dashboard Data
Learn how to export the data behind your dashboard metrics to CSV or PDF for reporting, bookkeeping, and team sharing.
What this guide covers
This guide explains how to export the data that powers your dashboard metrics. While the dashboard itself is a summary view, you can export the underlying data through the Reporting module and individual module export features.
The dashboard does not have a direct export button
The dashboard is designed as a quick-reference view, not a report generator. To export the data behind dashboard metrics, you use the related modules.

Exporting from the Reporting module
For the most comprehensive exports, use the Reporting module:
- Click Reporting in the sidebar
- Select the report type (Revenue, Jobs, Team Performance)
- Set your date range and filters
- Click Export to download the full report

Note: Reports from the Reporting module include more detail than module-level exports. Revenue reports break down by job type, customer, and team member.
