Set Up Your Company Profile
Configure your company name, address, phone, and logo so they appear correctly on invoices, quotes, and customer-facing documents.
What this guide covers
This guide shows you how to fill in your company profile in JobsiteOn. You will set your company name, business address, phone number, and logo. These details appear on every invoice, quote, and email your customers receive, so getting them right early matters.
Before you begin
You need an Owner or Admin role to edit company settings. If you do not see the Settings page, ask your workspace owner to update your role.
Step 1: Open company settings
- Click Settings in the sidebar
- Select the Company tab
- You will see the Company Profile section at the top of the page

Step 2: Enter your company name
Type your full legal business name in the Company Name field. This is the name that appears on all customer-facing documents.
Tip: Use the name your customers recognize. If your legal name is "J&R Plumbing Services LLC" but customers know you as "J&R Plumbing," use the shorter version. You can add the legal name in the invoice footer separately.
Step 3: Add your business address
Fill in your street address, city, state, and ZIP code. This address appears in the header of your invoices and quotes. If you operate from a home office and prefer not to share your street address, you can use a PO Box or virtual office address.
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| Street Address | 1234 Industrial Blvd, Suite 200 |
| City | Austin |
| State | TX |
| ZIP Code | 78701 |
Step 4: Set your phone number
Enter your primary business phone number. This is the number printed on invoices and quotes so customers can reach you. Use the number your office staff answers, not a personal cell phone.
Step 5: Upload your company logo
- Click the Upload Logo button in the logo section
- Select an image file from your computer (PNG, JPG, or SVG)
- The preview updates immediately so you can see how it looks
- Click Save to confirm

Note: For best results, use a logo that is at least 400x400 pixels with a transparent background. The logo is resized automatically to fit invoice and quote headers.
Step 6: Preview how your profile appears on documents
After saving your company profile, open any existing invoice or quote to see how the information renders. Your company name, address, phone, and logo appear in the document header.

Step 7: Save your changes
Click the Save button at the bottom of the Company Profile section. A confirmation message appears at the top of the page. All future documents will use the updated information.
Tip: Changes apply to new documents only. If you need to update an existing invoice that was already sent, edit that invoice individually from the Invoices module.
Troubleshooting
My logo looks blurry on invoices
Upload a higher-resolution image. Logos under 200x200 pixels may appear blurry when printed or viewed on high-DPI screens. Use a PNG or SVG file at 400x400 pixels or larger.
My address is not showing on quotes
Make sure all address fields are filled in and that you clicked Save. Partially filled addresses may not render. Go back to Settings, check each field, and save again.
