Use your built-in JobsiteOn address or connect Gmail for two-way customer email.
Every JobsiteOn user has a built-in sending address that works without an external connection. You can also connect Gmail so JobsiteOn can send from that account and keep supported inbox activity in sync.
This guide explains how to:
Your personal JobsiteOn address appears first. The address is unique to your user inside the current company.
The editable prefix appears before the locked JobsiteOn suffix. To change it:
The built-in address remains available even if you disconnect every external mailbox.
Direct Gmail connection supports sending through Gmail and the supported two-way inbox synchronization. If authorization expires, reconnect the same account from this section.
You can complete the Outlook connection flow from Connected Mailbox. Outlook sending is still marked Coming soon in the sender selector, so connecting Outlook does not yet make it an available send-from choice.
Under Send Client Emails From, choose one of the available identities:
The selection is saved to your mailbox, not only to the current browser. When you choose JobsiteOn address, JobsiteOn clears any external default sender and confirms the change. Reloading the page should keep the same selection.
Disconnecting removes provider access tokens and stops synchronization while keeping existing JobsiteOn conversation history.
Wait for the confirmation message. If an error appears, retry once. If the error continues, include its visible reference code when contacting support.
Return to Email & Inbox and use the reconnect action for Gmail. Sign in to the same Google account and approve the requested access.
Disconnect it, then restart the connection and choose the intended provider account during authorization.
