Control which inbox notifications you receive and how they are delivered -- in-app, email, or browser push notifications.
This guide explains how to configure your inbox notification preferences in JobsiteOn. You will learn which notification events are available, the delivery channels you can enable or disable, and how to tune your settings so you receive the alerts that matter without being overwhelmed.
By the end you will know how to:
Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner and select Notification Preferences (or navigate to Settings > Notifications). You will see a list of notification categories, including one for the Inbox.

Under the Inbox category, you can toggle notifications on or off for the following event types:
Each event type has independent toggles, so you can be notified about mentions but not about every new conversation, for example.
Tip: At minimum, keep Assigned to me and @Mention notifications enabled. These are high-signal alerts that directly require your attention.
For each event type, you can choose one or more delivery channels:
A badge appears on the Inbox icon in the sidebar and a notification entry appears in your notification center. This is the least intrusive channel and is always recommended.
A notification email is sent to your personal email address on file. This is useful if you are not always logged into JobsiteOn throughout the day.
A desktop notification appears in your browser. You must allow browser notifications when prompted. This channel provides real-time alerts even when the JobsiteOn tab is in the background.
Note: Browser push notifications require your browser's permission. If you previously blocked notifications for JobsiteOn, you will need to update your browser settings to re-enable them.
If you do not want to receive notifications outside of work hours, configure quiet hours. Set a start and end time, and optionally select which days of the week quiet hours apply to.
During quiet hours:
Click Save to apply your notification preferences. Changes take effect immediately.

Verify that at least one delivery channel is enabled for the events you care about. Check your browser notification permissions and your email spam folder.
Disable notifications for low-priority events like New conversation and keep only Assigned to me and @Mention active. Consider enabling quiet hours.
