What this guide covers

This guide explains how to disconnect a third-party integration from your workspace, what happens to previously synced data, and how to reconnect if needed.

Step 1: Open the integration

  1. Go to /settings > Integrations.
  2. Click the connected integration card.

Step 2: Disconnect

  1. Click the overflow menu (...) in the top-right corner of the card.
  2. Select Disconnect.
  3. A confirmation dialog appears.
  4. Click Disconnect to confirm.

What happens after disconnecting

  • Syncing stops immediately. No further data is pushed or pulled.
  • Existing data is preserved. Records already synced remain in both systems. Nothing is deleted.
  • Sync links are removed. The internal links between records are cleared. If you reconnect, records will be re-matched.

Reconnecting later

Click Reconnect on the integration card and go through the authorization flow again. The integration will re-match records using the standard matching logic (e.g., email for contacts, name for items).

Tip: Before disconnecting, export a copy of the sync log for your records. The log is cleared when the integration is disconnected.

Note: Disconnecting does not revoke access in the third-party service. To fully revoke, also remove the app from the third-party service's authorized apps list.
