Create a procedure

  1. Open Procedures.
  2. Create a new procedure or duplicate an existing one.
  3. Add sections, checklist items, and form fields.
  4. Include instructions where a technician needs context.
  5. Save and publish the procedure for the team.

Keep procedure names specific. "HVAC install closeout" is easier to use than "Checklist."
