Key metrics
Total requests
The number of requests received during the selected period, broken down by source (Email, Web Form, Manual).
Conversion rate
The percentage of requests that were converted to jobs or quotes. A higher rate means more inquiries are turning into revenue.
Average response time
The time between request creation and the first status change (New to In Review). This measures how quickly your team responds.
Requests by priority
A breakdown showing how many requests were classified as Urgent, High, Normal, and Low.
Requests by status
A chart showing the distribution across New, In Review, Converted, and Closed.
Filtering analytics
Use the controls at the top of the dashboard:
- Date range -- select a week, month, quarter, or custom period.
- Source -- filter to a specific request source.
- Assigned to -- view metrics for a specific team member.

Using analytics to improve
- Low conversion rate -- review why requests are being closed without conversion. Are you responding too slowly?
- Long response time -- consider auto-routing rules to assign requests faster.
- High volume from one source -- invest more in the channel that generates the most leads.
Exporting data
Click Export to download analytics as a CSV for offline analysis or sharing with your team.
Tip: Review request analytics monthly. Track conversion rate and response time trends to measure the effectiveness of process changes.
Note: Analytics are based on request data in the system. Ensure your team updates request statuses promptly for accurate metrics.
