Who receives new request notifications
By default, all users with Admin, Owner, or Dispatcher roles receive new request notifications. Technicians do not have access to the requests module.
Customizing per-member
Admins can configure notifications for individual team members:
- Navigate to
/team. - Open the member's profile.
- Click the Notifications tab.
- Adjust their request notification preferences.
Tip: If your team is small, enable new request notifications for everyone. For larger teams, limit it to dispatchers and the intake coordinator to reduce noise.
Note: Notification preferences are per-member. Changing your own preferences does not affect other team members.
