This guide explains how to configure notifications for the requests module so your team is alerted when new requests arrive and when request status changes.

By default, all users with Admin, Owner, or Dispatcher roles receive new request notifications. Technicians do not have access to the requests module.
Admins can configure notifications for individual team members:
/team.Tip: If your team is small, enable new request notifications for everyone. For larger teams, limit it to dispatchers and the intake coordinator to reduce noise.
Note: Notification preferences are per-member. Changing your own preferences does not affect other team members.
