What this guide covers

This guide explains how to find requests quickly using the search bar, filters, and sorting options on the request list page.

  1. Navigate to /requests.
  2. Click the search bar at the top.
  3. Type any part of the request title, contact name, or description.
  4. Results update in real time.

The search is case-insensitive and matches partial strings.

Status filter tabs

Use the tabs at the top of the list:

  • All -- every request.
  • New -- unreviewed requests.
  • In Review -- being evaluated.
  • Converted -- turned into jobs or quotes.
  • Closed -- resolved without conversion.

Additional filters

Click the Filters button to access:

  • Priority -- filter by Urgent, High, Normal, or Low.
  • Source -- filter by Email, Web Form, or Manual.
  • Assigned To -- show requests assigned to a specific member.
  • Date Range -- narrow results to a time period.
  • Tags -- filter by assigned tags.

Multiple filters combine to narrow results further.

Sorting

Click any column header to sort:

  • Title -- alphabetical.
  • Contact -- by contact name.
  • Priority -- by urgency level.
  • Created -- by date received.

Click the same header to reverse the sort order.

Tip: Combine the New status tab with a sort by Created descending to see the most recent unreviewed requests at the top. This is the ideal view for daily triage.

Animation: Applying multiple filters and watching the request list narrow down to matching results.
