What this guide covers

Use this guide when you cannot sign in, the sign-in button does not submit, or you see a verification message such as Verification failed. Please try again.

JobsiteOn uses Cloudflare verification on production sign-in and sign-up pages to protect accounts from automated abuse. The check should appear automatically when it is required.

Quick checks

  1. Refresh the sign-in page and wait for the verification check to finish loading.
  2. Confirm your browser allows JavaScript and cookies for auth.jobsiteon.com.
  3. Turn off aggressive privacy extensions, script blockers, or content filters for the sign-in page.
  4. Try a normal browser window instead of an embedded app browser or private window.
  5. If you use a VPN, corporate proxy, or network-level ad blocker, try a different trusted network.

If the button does not submit

The sign-in button may wait for the verification check before sending your request. If the button stays inactive or nothing happens:

If verification keeps failing

Clear site data for auth.jobsiteon.com, then open the sign-in page again. You do not need to clear data for every website; clearing only JobsiteOn auth cookies is enough.

If the issue continues, contact support from the public support page or email support@jobsiteon.com. Include:

If you are locked out during an incident

If many users at your company are blocked at the same time, send one message to support@jobsiteon.com with the company name, affected emails, and the approximate time the issue started. This helps support triage the incident without requiring every user to file a separate report.
