Choose Work → Capture → Unfiled photos. This queue holds files captured before a project was selected. Regular members see their own unassigned files; managers can triage the company queue.
Capture ranks active projects using the photo location, project coordinates, recent work, and other available context. A suggestion marked ambiguous means two or more projects are too close to choose safely. Select the project yourself instead of treating the first suggestion as certain.
Derived project coordinates are labelled approximate. Capture does not rewrite them as device GPS.
Select one or several assets, choose the destination, and confirm. The move:
Only active projects in the same company environment can be selected. If a project is missing, confirm that it is not archived and that you are in the correct Sandbox or Live environment.
