New Jobs can create Capture Projects automatically. Jobs that existed before Capture was enabled need a one-time backfill.
An owner or admin can open Settings → Capture and preview the backfill. The preview counts eligible Jobs, already-linked Jobs, and records that need attention. It does not change data.
After reviewing the preview, run the action from the same screen. JobsiteOn creates at most one Capture Project per Job and records the link on both sides. Retrying is safe: linked Jobs are skipped instead of receiving duplicates.
Projects inherit the Job name, property address, environment, job type, and customer context available at that moment. Project Templates may also be applied using your company rules.
Open a few Jobs and confirm the Capture link and photo history. A Job with missing property data may be reported for review rather than given invented address information.
