What the export includes
The CSV file contains one row per contact with the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| First Name | Contact first name |
| Last Name | Contact last name |
| Company | Company name |
| Primary email address | |
| Phone | Primary phone number |
| Address | Full billing address |
| Tags | Comma-separated list of tags |
| Created | Date the contact was created |
Tip: Apply tag or search filters before exporting to create targeted lists. For example, export only contacts tagged "Commercial" for a B2B mailing list.
Exporting a filtered list
The export respects your current filters:
- Apply any combination of search, tag, or status filters.
- Click Export.
- Only the contacts matching your current filters are included in the file.
This is useful for creating segmented lists without manually editing the CSV afterward.

- Google Sheets — Upload to Google Drive and open with Sheets.
- Numbers (Mac) — Double-click the file.
- Any text editor — For raw CSV viewing.
Note: Exported data is a snapshot at the time of download. Changes made to contacts after exporting are not reflected in the file.

- Review the exported file before sharing to ensure no sensitive information is included unintentionally.
- Keep exported files in a secure location, especially if they contain personal customer data.
