Filtering by tags

  1. Click the Tags filter above the list.
  2. Select one or more tags to filter by.
  3. The list shows only contacts with the selected tags.
  4. Click a tag again to deselect it.

Filtering by status

  1. Click the Status filter.
  2. Choose Active or Archived to control which contacts appear.
  3. By default, only active contacts are shown.

Tip: If you cannot find a contact, check the Archived filter. The contact may have been archived.

Sorting the list

Click any column header to sort:

  • Name — Alphabetical by last name.
  • Company — Alphabetical by company name.
  • Email — Alphabetical by email address.
  • Created — Most recent or oldest first.

Click the same header again to reverse the sort direction.

Combining search, filters, and sorting

Use all three together for precise results:

  1. Type "plumbing" in the search bar.
  2. Apply the "Commercial" tag filter.
  3. Sort by Created to see the newest contacts first.

This gives you all commercial contacts related to plumbing, sorted by how recently they were added.

Best practices

  • Use the search bar for quick lookups when a customer calls.
  • Use tag filters for segmented views of your customer base.
  • Sort by Created to review recently added contacts.
  • Bookmark filtered views for one-click access to common segments.
