This guide walks you through the contact detail page in JobsiteOn. You will learn how to navigate the page layout, understand each section, and use the detail page as your central hub for everything related to a single customer.

The detail page uses tabs to organize linked records:

| Files | Documents and attachments associated with this contact |

The Overview tab provides a snapshot of the contact's relationship with your business:
Each tab (Jobs, Quotes, Invoices, Properties) shows a list of related records:
Tip: Use the contact detail page as your starting point when a customer calls. Everything you need to know about them is in one place.
These actions are available from the action buttons or the overflow menu.

The Activity tab shows a chronological log of every interaction:
Note: The activity feed is read-only. It provides a complete audit trail of your relationship with this customer.
