View All Invoices for a Contact
See every invoice billed to a contact in one place to review payment history, track outstanding balances, and manage billing.

This guide explains how to view all invoices linked to a contact in JobsiteOn. You will learn where to find the invoices list, how to assess a customer's billing status, and how to use this view for accounts receivable management.
Accessing the invoices tab
- Open the contact detail page at
/contacts/[slug]. - Click the Invoices tab.
- A list of all invoices billed to this contact appears, showing:
- Invoice number
- Amount
- Status (Draft, Sent, Viewed, Paid, Overdue)
- Due date
- Creation date

Understanding the billing history
The invoices tab gives you a complete billing picture:
- Total billed — Sum of all invoice amounts.
- Paid vs. outstanding — Filter by status to see what has been collected and what remains.
- Payment patterns — Review how quickly this customer typically pays.
- Overdue balances — Identify any invoices that need follow-up.
Tip: Before sending a new invoice, check the Invoices tab. If the customer has overdue balances, you may want to address those before adding more to their account.
Navigating and filtering
- Click any invoice to open its detail page.
- Sort by status, amount, or due date by clicking column headers.
- Use the search bar within the tab to find specific invoices by number.
- The tab badge shows the total count of invoices for this contact.
Quick actions
From the invoices tab, you can:
- Click an overdue invoice to resend it or send a reminder.
- Click a Sent invoice to check if the customer has viewed it.
- Click Create Invoice to start a new invoice pre-linked to this contact.

Best practices
- Review the invoices tab before calling a customer about a payment issue.
- Use the payment history to set appropriate terms for new invoices.
- Track overdue invoices from the contact level for personalized follow-up.
- Cross-reference with the Jobs tab to ensure all completed work has been billed.
Note: The invoices tab shows all invoices billed to this contact, regardless of which property or job they relate to. Use the individual invoice detail pages for those specific links.
