This guide explains the required-update screen in the JobsiteOn iOS app and how to get back into your workspace after updating.

Why an update may be required

JobsiteOn may require a newer mobile app version when a release includes a compatibility, security, or reliability change that older builds cannot safely use. When this happens, the app shows an update screen before the normal sign-in or workspace experience.

Update the app

  1. Tap Update in App Store on the required-update screen.
  2. Install the latest JobsiteOn version from the App Store.
  3. Reopen JobsiteOn after the update finishes.
  4. Sign in again if your device asks for a fresh session.

If you cannot update

If the App Store button is unavailable or the update does not appear, open the App Store directly and search for JobsiteOn. If your device still cannot install the update, contact your workspace owner or JobsiteOn support.
