What this guide covers

This guide shows you how to view all devices where your JobsiteOn account is currently signed in and how to revoke sessions you do not recognize or no longer need.

Step 1: Open session settings

  1. Go to /settings.
  2. Under the Account group, click Password.
  3. Scroll to the Active Sessions section.

Screenshot: The active sessions list showing three entries: Chrome on MacOS (current), Safari on iPhone, and Chrome on Windows, each with a device icon, location, and last active time.

Step 2: Review your sessions

Each session entry shows:

  • Browser and OS -- the browser and operating system used.
  • Location -- approximate location based on IP address.
  • Last Active -- when the session was last used.
  • Current -- a badge indicating which session you are using now.

Step 3: Revoke a session

If you see a session you do not recognize or no longer need:

  1. Click Revoke next to that session.
  2. The session is immediately terminated and the user on that device is signed out.

Revoking all sessions

Click Revoke All Other Sessions to sign out everywhere except your current browser. This is useful if you suspect unauthorized access.

Tip: If you see a session from an unfamiliar location, revoke it immediately and change your password.

Note: Revoking a session does not change your password. If you suspect your account was compromised, change your password as well.
