This guide explains how to configure the template that controls the appearance of your invoice documents in JobsiteOn. You will learn how to set up branding, customize labels, configure company details, and adjust layout options.
Invoice appearance is controlled by two settings pages:
/settings/branding — Logo, colors, and document palette./settings/workspace-company — Company name, address, email, phone, and tax ID.Changes apply to all future invoices. Existing sent invoices retain their original appearance.
/settings/branding.Fine-tune the document appearance:

Tip: If you operate in a region with specific invoice labeling requirements, customize the labels to match your local regulations.
