This guide lists the keyboard shortcuts available in the Quotes section of JobsiteOn. These shortcuts help you navigate, create, and manage quotes without reaching for your mouse.
Global navigation shortcuts
These shortcuts work from anywhere in JobsiteOn:

| G then Q | Go to the quotes list at /quotes |
| G then N | Go to the new quote form at /quotes/new |
| / | Focus the search bar |
| Esc | Close the current modal or panel |
Quotes list shortcuts
These shortcuts are available when viewing the quotes list at /quotes:

| Up / Down arrows | Navigate between quote rows |
| Enter | Open the selected quote detail page |
| F | Open the filters panel |

Quote builder shortcuts
These shortcuts work in the quote builder:

| Ctrl+S (or Cmd+S) | Save the quote |
| Ctrl+Enter | Save and preview |
| Tab | Move to the next field |
| Esc | Exit edit mode |
Tip: Press ? on any page to display a keyboard shortcut reference overlay listing all available shortcuts for that view.
Best practices
- Learn G then Q and / first for the most immediate productivity gain.
- Use Ctrl+S frequently while building quotes to avoid losing work.
- Combine arrow keys with Enter for fast browsing through the quotes list.
