Filtering by status
- Click the Status filter above the list.
- Select one or more statuses:
- Draft — Quotes not yet sent.
- Sent — Delivered to the customer.
- Viewed — Customer has opened the link.
- Accepted — Customer approved the proposal.
- Declined — Customer declined the proposal.
- The list updates to show only matching quotes.
Sorting the list
Click any column header to sort:
- Quote # — Numerical order.
- Contact — Alphabetical by contact name.
- Amount — Highest or lowest total.
- Status — Grouped by stage.
- Created — Most recent or oldest first.
Click the same header again to reverse the sort direction.
Tip: Sort by Amount descending to focus on your highest-value proposals first.
Combining search and filters
Search and filters work together. For example:
- Filter by Sent to see proposals awaiting response.
- Sort by Created ascending to find the oldest unanswered quotes.
- This reveals proposals that may need a follow-up.

Managing your pipeline with filters
Use filters to create focused views for different workflow stages:
- Draft — Quotes that need to be completed and sent.
- Sent + Viewed — Active proposals in the customer's hands.
- Accepted — Quotes ready to convert to jobs.
- Declined — Lost proposals to review for improvement.
Best practices
- Review the Sent and Viewed filters daily to stay on top of active proposals.
- Follow up on Viewed quotes within 24 hours.
- Archive or clean up old Declined quotes periodically.
- Use search for quick lookups when a customer calls about a specific quote.
