What this guide covers

This guide explains how to share quotes with customers using the client link in JobsiteOn. You will learn how the link is generated, how to share it through different channels, and what the customer experience looks like when they open it.

  2. Click Copy Link in the action bar.

The customer experience

When a customer opens the client link:

  1. They see the full proposal with your company logo, branding, and all line items.
  2. They can scroll through the proposal to review the scope, pricing, and terms.
  3. A Download PDF button allows them to save a copy.
  4. Accept and Decline buttons appear at the bottom of the page.
  5. When the customer takes action, you receive a notification.
