This guide lists all keyboard shortcuts available in the JobsiteOn schedule. These shortcuts help you navigate views, create events, and manage your calendar without reaching for the mouse.
View navigation shortcuts
| Shortcut | Action |

| 1 | Switch to Day view |
| 2 | Switch to Week view |
| 3 | Switch to Month view |
| 4 | Switch to Dispatch view |
| T | Jump to Today |
| Left Arrow | Navigate back one period (day, week, or month) |
| Right Arrow | Navigate forward one period |
Event shortcuts
| Shortcut | Action |

| N | Create a new event |
| Enter | Open the selected event detail panel |
| Esc | Close the event detail panel |
| Delete / Backspace | Delete the selected event (with confirmation) |
| E | Edit the selected event |

Selection and action shortcuts

| Tab | Move focus to the next event |
| Shift + Tab | Move focus to the previous event |
| Space | Toggle selection on the focused event |
| Cmd/Ctrl + A | Select all visible events |
| Esc | Clear all selections |
Quick access shortcuts

Tip: Start with T (jump to Today), 1/2/3 (switch views), and N (new event). These five shortcuts cover the most common actions and will immediately speed up your workflow.
