What the status page shows

Subscribing to updates

Email, SMS, and RSS status subscriptions are not published yet. Until those channels are available, check the status page first and contact support if you need direct confirmation for your company.

Understanding status indicators

Indicator Meaning
Green No public incident is currently posted
Yellow Degraded performance
Orange Partial outage
Red Major outage

Tip: Bookmark the status page and check it first if you experience any issues with JobsiteOn. It is often faster than contacting support.

Note: JobsiteOn does not publish automated uptime history or a contractual service-credit policy on this page yet.
