This guide shows you how to check the operational status of JobsiteOn services, review past incidents, and subscribe to notifications for future status changes.
Accessing the status page
Visit the public status page at status.jobsiteon.com. No login is
required.

What the status page shows
- Current status of each service: Web App, API, Integrations, Email Delivery, Payment Processing.
- 90-day uptime chart with daily availability percentage.
- Active incidents with real-time updates.
- Scheduled maintenance windows.
- Incident history with post-mortem reports.
Subscribing to updates
Click Subscribe at the top of the status page. Choose your notification channel:
- Email -- receive incident and maintenance notifications.
- SMS -- text alerts for major incidents.
- RSS -- add the feed to your RSS reader.

Understanding status indicators
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | All systems operational |
| Yellow | Degraded performance |
| Orange | Partial outage |
| Red | Major outage |
Tip: Bookmark the status page and check it first if you experience any issues with JobsiteOn. It is often faster than contacting support.
Note: The status page is hosted independently from JobsiteOn's main infrastructure, so it remains accessible even during outages.
