How long JobsiteOn retains your data, what happens after subscription cancellation, and how to request early deletion.
This guide explains JobsiteOn's data retention policies, including how long data is kept during and after your subscription, backup retention, and how to request early deletion.
While your subscription is active, all workspace data is retained indefinitely. There is no data retention limit for active workspaces.
This includes:

| Period | What happens |
|---|---|
| 0-90 days | Data retained, workspace is read-only |
| After 90 days | Access closes and controlled deletion is requested |
| After 120 days | Eligible backup copies finish their purge window |
During the 90-day retention window:
At the end of the window, JobsiteOn closes workspace access and places the workspace in the controlled deletion process. This process checks legal, security, tax, and accounting retention requirements before removing eligible records from active systems. Billing records and security evidence that must be retained are not part of the workspace recovery data.
An expired free trial does not start the 90-day cancellation clock. Owners can sign in to choose a plan, manage billing, or contact support. Workspace data is kept while the trial remains expired so subscribing can restore access to the same records.

request.Certain data is retained for legal and compliance purposes regardless of account status:
Tip: Export your data before paid access ends. Once controlled deletion begins, workspace recovery is not guaranteed.
Note: Data retention policies comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection regulations. See our Privacy Policy for full legal details.
