Accessibility and VPAT Status

How JobsiteOn is building toward WCAG 2.1 AA support and what is available today for accessibility or procurement review.

What this guide covers

This guide explains JobsiteOn's current accessibility program, the automated checks we run today, and the status of formal VPAT documentation. It is written for customers, procurement teams, and workspace admins who need an honest view of accessibility readiness.

Current accessibility target

JobsiteOn is building the web application toward WCAG 2.1 AA support for core customer workflows. This includes readable color contrast, keyboard access, visible focus states, semantic page structure, and screen-reader-friendly labels on the primary web surfaces.

What is in place today

Personal accessibility preferences for high contrast, reduced motion, captions, video autoplay, toast duration, and keyboard shortcut modifiers can be saved from Settings > Preferences or Settings > Accessibility. These preferences are stored on the signed-in user account and cached in the browser for fast loading.
The signed-in web app currently uses JobsiteOn's standard light interface. Theme selection is not exposed while the broader color and contrast review is in progress.
The owner dashboard has automated accessibility smoke coverage in the product test suite.
CI fails if the covered dashboard shell introduces WCAG A or AA axe violations.
Dashboard status cards, links, and action surfaces use contrast-checked token pairs instead of low-contrast one-off colors.
Help articles document keyboard shortcuts for high-volume areas such as the dashboard, jobs, invoices, inbox, quotes, reports, settings, and integrations.

What is not complete yet

JobsiteOn has not yet published a formal VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report. Before we publish one, the accessibility program still needs:

Expanded automated checks across money-path, onboarding, authentication, and customer-facing portal workflows.
Manual keyboard-only, screen reader, zoom, reduced-motion, and mobile assistive technology review.
Formal remediation tracking for any exceptions found during the manual audit.
Executive signoff and publication of the completed VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report.

Requesting accessibility information

For accessibility questions, procurement requests, or an RFP that requires WCAG or VPAT documentation, email security@jobsiteon.com. Include the framework or questionnaire you need us to complete and any review deadline.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If something in JobsiteOn is difficult to use with a keyboard, screen reader, high zoom level, or other assistive technology, email support@jobsiteon.com. Please include:

The page or workflow where you found the issue.
The browser, operating system, and assistive technology you were using.
The expected behavior and what happened instead.
A screenshot or screen recording, if you can share one safely.

We review accessibility reports as product defects and prioritize issues that block core workflows or customer-facing payment, scheduling, quote, invoice, and communication paths.
