What this guide covers

This guide explains JobsiteOn's current accessibility program, the automated checks we run today, and the status of formal VPAT documentation. It is written for customers, procurement teams, and workspace admins who need an honest view of accessibility readiness.

Current accessibility target

JobsiteOn is building the web application toward WCAG 2.1 AA support for core customer workflows. This includes readable color contrast, keyboard access, visible focus states, semantic page structure, and screen-reader-friendly labels on the primary web surfaces.

JobsiteOn has not yet published a formal VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report. Before we publish one, the accessibility program still needs:

Requesting accessibility information

For accessibility questions, procurement requests, or an RFP that requires WCAG or VPAT documentation, email security@jobsiteon.com. Include the framework or questionnaire you need us to complete and any review deadline.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If something in JobsiteOn is difficult to use with a keyboard, screen reader, high zoom level, or other assistive technology, email support@jobsiteon.com. Please include:

We review accessibility reports as product defects and prioritize issues that block core workflows or customer-facing payment, scheduling, quote, invoice, and communication paths.
