Account responsibilities
By using JobsiteOn, you agree to:
- Provide accurate account information.
- Keep your password secure and not share it.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal purposes.
- Upload malicious code or files.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Overload the system with automated requests beyond API limits.
- Resell or sublicense your JobsiteOn access.
Your data ownership
- You own all workspace data you create.
- JobsiteOn has a limited license to process your data solely for
providing the service.
- Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed per the
retention policy.
Service availability
- JobsiteOn works to keep the production environment available and posts
public incident updates on the system status page.
- Scheduled maintenance is performed during low-traffic hours with
advance notice.
- Contractual uptime guarantees and service credits apply only when they
are included in a signed agreement.

Limitation of liability
- JobsiteOn is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a
particular purpose.
- Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior
to any claim.
- JobsiteOn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to the terms
- Terms may be updated from time to time.
- Material changes are communicated via email at least 30 days in
advance.
- Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
