Accessing the Trust Center

The Trust Center is publicly available at trust.jobsiteon.com. No login is required.

What you will find

Security certifications

  • SOC 2 Type II report summary and request form.
  • Penetration test summary (latest results).
  • Vulnerability disclosure program details.

Compliance documents

  • Privacy Policy -- full text of the privacy policy.
  • Terms of Service -- full text of the terms.
  • Data Processing Agreement (DPA) -- GDPR-compliant DPA for download and execution.
  • Subprocessor list -- all third-party services that process data.

Infrastructure details

  • Data center locations and certifications.
  • Encryption standards summary.
  • Uptime and SLA commitments.

Requesting a SOC 2 report

  1. Click Request SOC 2 Report on the Trust Center page.
  2. Enter your company name and email.
  3. The report is shared under NDA within 2 business days.

Downloading the DPA

  1. Click Data Processing Agreement in the Compliance Documents section.
  2. Download the PDF.
  3. Sign and return to trust@jobsiteon.com.

Tip: Share the Trust Center link with your procurement or legal team when they evaluate JobsiteOn for compliance purposes.
