Update Your Account Profile
How to update your name and profile photo, and where to manage your sign-in email and personal preferences.
How to update your name and profile photo, and where to manage your sign-in email and personal preferences.
This guide shows you how to update the name, display name, profile photo, and phone number attached to your JobsiteOn account, find your user ID, and delete your account. Login email, security, notifications, and personal preferences have their own pages so each type of change stays clear.

Edit the First name or Last name field. Each valid field saves when you leave it, and JobsiteOn confirms the saved change.
Your name appears on job assignments, notes, and activity throughout the platform.
Your new photo appears after JobsiteOn confirms the update. If the save fails, the previous photo remains in place.
Display Name is the name you go by, and it can differ from your legal first and last name. Enter it and click Save.
Display names are limited to 32 characters.
Add a number under Your Phone Number to receive important service updates by SMS.
A Verified badge appears once the code is accepted. Codes expire after 10 minutes, and you can request a new one every 60 seconds.
If you later change the number, it becomes unverified until you complete the code check again. The badge always reflects a number JobsiteOn has reached.
User ID is your account's stable identifier. Click Copy to copy it. Include it when you contact Support or when you use the JobsiteOn API.
Delete Account permanently removes your personal account and its contents, including your sign-in factors and personal history. This cannot be undone.
If you are the only owner of a workspace, deletion is blocked and JobsiteOn names the workspaces involved. Transfer ownership to another owner first, otherwise that workspace would be left with no owner.
Open Personal > Sign-In & Security to review your verified login email, request an email change, and manage active sessions. Email changes use a separate verification flow and are not edited on the Profile page.
Open Personal > Preferences for accessibility controls. Company time, currency, and unit defaults are visible there too; only a company owner or admin can change those company-wide values.
Tip: Use a professional photo as your avatar. It helps team members identify you quickly in the schedule and job assignment views.
Note: Your account profile is separate from the company profile. Changes here do not affect your company information on customer-facing documents.
