Update Your Account Profile
How to update your name, email, avatar, and personal preferences in your JobsiteOn account profile.
What this guide covers
This guide shows you how to update your personal account profile in JobsiteOn. Your profile includes your name, email, avatar, and phone number, which are visible to other team members in the workspace.
Step 1: Open your profile
- Go to
/settings. - Under the Account group, click Profile.

Step 2: Update your name
Edit the First Name and Last Name fields. Your name appears on job assignments, notes, and activity logs throughout the platform.
Step 3: Update your email
Change the Email field to your new address. JobsiteOn sends a verification email to the new address. Your email does not change until you click the verification link.

Step 4: Upload an avatar
Click the avatar area to upload a profile photo. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, and GIF. The image is cropped to a circle and displayed at 40x40 pixels throughout the platform.
Step 5: Update your phone number
Enter or update your Phone Number. This number may be used for account recovery and is visible to workspace admins.
Step 6: Save
Click Save to apply all changes.
Tip: Use a professional photo as your avatar. It helps team members identify you quickly in the schedule and job assignment views.
Note: Your account profile is separate from the company profile. Changes here do not affect your company information on customer-facing documents.
