Choose a period and scope

Choose 7, 30, or 90 days, or enter a custom period of up to 365 days. Crew, label, and location filters apply to every KPI, trend, contribution table, and documentation-health row at the same time. Comparisons use the immediately preceding equal-length period.

The KPI cards reconcile active projects, photos captured, checklist items completed, reports issued, proposals sent/viewed/signed, and completed work orders directly from saved company records. The analytics pipeline may add context, but it is not required for the dashboard to load.

Cards distinguish zero from an unavailable comparison. No comparable prior period means the prior value was unavailable or zero; it is not displayed as artificial 100% growth.

See when activity changed

The trends section shows photos by day and completed checklist items plus work orders by week. Use Zoom from and Zoom to to isolate a smaller interval without changing the selected company scope. Reset returns to the full selected period.

Recognize contributors and crews

The default view highlights top contributors instead of ranking the least active person. Select a contributor to see photos, completed checklists, closed tasks, projects touched, and their daily profile over time. Former users keep their historical attribution and appear as Former user · Name without suggesting they still have access.

Crew contributions use your existing Teams and the Capture projects linked to those Teams' jobs. The contributor and crew tables are sortable. The same crew, label, and location scope continues to apply while you sort or open a profile.

Resolve documentation health

Health highlights active projects below the company's minimum-photo threshold, blocked work orders, failed photo processing, overdue checklists, and proposals awaiting signature or countersignature. Every row deep-links to the project, checklist, work order, or proposal that needs action.

Each dashboard table has its own CSV action: contributors, crews, trends, checklist tier usage, and documentation health. The export keeps the current period and crew, label, and location scope. On-screen dates follow your display language; CSV dates use stable ISO calendar values so spreadsheet imports do not reinterpret them.

People who documented work remain attached to their historical photos, checklists, tasks, and activity after they leave the company. The dashboard, activity feed, actor filter, and CSV export show Former user · Name so the record keeps the person's attribution without suggesting they still have access.

Storage and processing

The dashboard shows total Capture photo and video storage for the current company scope. Capture storage is not metered against the standard attachment allowance.

If a metric looks stale, reconnect the live session or refresh. Database-derived metrics remain authoritative while the optional analytics provider decision is pending.
