Open the complete link from the most recent invitation. Magic links can expire, be replaced, or be revoked when access changes. Copying only part of a wrapped email link will not work.
Confirm that the invitation was sent to the address you are using. Guest and collaborator access is scoped to named projects or documents and does not create a normal company seat.
The sender can open Settings → Capture → People with access, confirm the email and project scope, revoke stale access, and send a fresh link. For a customer share, they can issue a new Share link from the project.
For privacy, the unavailable page does not say whether the email, project, or token exists. Support cannot reveal another company’s records from a public token.
Customer-portal modules are controlled by company policy. If an invitation opens a valid shell but a module is absent, ask the company whether Photos, Documents, Proposals, Invoices, Messages, or Schedule was enabled for that portal.
The unavailable customer-portal page also lets you request a fresh link. Enter the email address the contractor used. The confirmation stays deliberately generic, so it does not reveal whether an address or customer record exists.
