After you sign a Capture Proposal, the success page confirms that the customer signature was recorded. That confirmation does not depend on the office countersigner being online.
The company receives an urgent notification to countersign. Until then, the proposal shows Customer signed, countersign pending. Automatic reminders and an escalation keep the request from disappearing in an inbox.
When both parties have signed, JobsiteOn creates the fully executed PDF and sends it to the participants configured by the company. Its audit page lists signer names and roles, timestamps, signing method, network evidence, the exact document SHA-256, and the tamper-evident signature chain.
If the company has not countersigned after the stated follow-up window, contact the sender shown in the original message. JobsiteOn never exposes a private office email address merely because someone opens a public signing link.
Do not sign again: terminal transitions are protected against duplicate submissions.
