Why Is My Upload Stuck or Failed?

Waiting to upload

Waiting to upload means the original is still on this device or browser and has not finished transferring. Keep JobsiteOn signed in, reconnect, and return to the same Capture Project. The saved queue resumes completed multipart work instead of starting a duplicate.

On iPhone, open Upload queue and choose Upload now. An expired login parks the item; sign in again to resume.

Failed

Select Retry beside the individual file. Other files in the batch are unaffected. Capture refreshes expired part URLs and sends only missing parts.

Check these common causes:

  1. The file exceeds your plan or media-type limit.
  2. The browser no longer has the locally saved original.
  3. The company or project changed between Sandbox and Live.
  4. The network, VPN, or firewall blocks storage uploads.
  5. Processing rejected an unreadable or unsupported file.

Do not repeatedly add the same file. Retry the existing row first; its server asset ID and upload session are already saved.

If a file remains failed, note its filename and visible error, then contact support. A failed preview does not silently delete an original that already reached storage.
