Open the secure homeowner portal, review shared project modules, and send a message to the contractor.
Use the newest portal link sent by your contractor. The link is private and should not be forwarded. If the company requires verification, enter the same email address that received the invitation. Verification protects project, proposal, invoice, and schedule details without requiring you to create a JobsiteOn account.
An expired, revoked, or replaced link opens a privacy-safe recovery page. Enter your email to request a fresh link. The confirmation does not reveal whether an account or project exists.
The portal invitation stores the company's selected customer language. Navigation, system messages, dates, and a replacement-link email stay in that language when the link rotates. Customer-authored project names and messages are shown as written; JobsiteOn does not rewrite their content.
Your contractor controls which modules are shared. The navigation may include:
Changing modules updates the browser URL, so refresh and back/forward navigation preserve your place. The navigation stays on one horizontally scrollable line on a phone.
Open Messages, choose the project, add an optional subject, and write your message. Replies stay attached to that project. After-hours messages may be answered the next business morning.
If the portal asks you to verify again while sending, repeat email verification and retry. Never put passwords, payment-card numbers, or access codes in a project message.
