See your team's scheduled work for today directly from the dashboard without opening the full calendar.
This guide shows you how to use the dashboard to quickly see what is scheduled for today. You will learn how to read the active jobs table with a "Today" filter, identify who is assigned to what, and jump to the full schedule for more detail.
When you set the dashboard date filter to Today, the Active Jobs section shows only jobs that are scheduled or in progress for the current day.
Screenshot: Dashboard with the date filter set to "Today" showing two active jobs in the Active Jobs table: "Furnace repair - 123 Oak St" assigned to Mike at 9 AM and "Water heater install - 456 Elm Dr" assigned to Sarah at 1 PM
Each row in the Active Jobs table includes:
| Column | Information |
|---|---|
| Job / Address | The job name or property address |
| Status | Current status pill (Scheduled, In Progress, etc.) |
| Owner | The team member assigned |
| Value | Estimated or invoiced dollar amount |
| When | Scheduled time for today |
Tip: If the "When" column shows a time range, that reflects the scheduled event linked to the job. If it shows only a date, the job has no specific time slot assigned yet.
If any jobs for today have no team member assigned, the Owner column shows "Unassigned" in orange. This is a signal that dispatching needs attention.

Note: Click an unassigned job to open its detail page, then assign a team member from there. Alternatively, switch to the Schedule page and use the dispatch board to drag the job onto a team member's timeline.
