Learn every section of the JobsiteOn sidebar, how collapsible groups work, and what notification badges mean.
This guide walks you through every item in the JobsiteOn sidebar. You will learn what each section does, how collapsible groups expand to show sub-items, what the notification badges mean, and how to collapse the sidebar for more screen space.
The sidebar is the vertical navigation bar on the left side of every screen in JobsiteOn. It is always visible on desktop and collapses automatically on smaller screens.

Some sidebar items display a small colored badge with a number. These badges tell you something needs your attention without leaving the current page.

Tip: Badges update in real time. When you read a message or handle a request, the badge count decreases automatically.
If you need more horizontal space for the main content area, you can collapse the sidebar to icon-only mode.

Note: On screens narrower than 768px, the sidebar collapses automatically. Tap the hamburger menu icon in the top-left corner to open it as a temporary overlay that closes when you navigate.
At the top of the sidebar, you see your workspace name and logo. Below that is your profile avatar and name. Clicking your profile opens account options including profile settings and sign-out.

You can move through the sidebar using your keyboard. Press Tab to cycle through sidebar items and Enter to activate the selected item. This is useful for power users who prefer keyboard-driven navigation.
