Who can see notes and attachments
Notes and attachments are visible to all workspace members who have access to the job. They are internal records and are not shared with the customer unless you explicitly include them in a customer communication.
Best practices
- Use notes to record on-site observations, change requests, or access instructions.
- Attach permits, inspection reports, or signed documents to keep everything in one place.
- Add a summary note when completing a job to capture any final details for future reference.
