What this guide covers

This guide explains how to add photos to pricebook items. Photos provide visual reference for your team when selecting items and help technicians identify the correct parts in the field.

Uploading a photo

  1. Navigate to /pricebook.
  2. Click the item to open its detail page.
  3. Click the photo placeholder or Add Photo.
  4. Select an image file (JPEG, PNG, or HEIC, max 5 MB).
  5. The photo uploads and displays immediately.

Where photos appear

  • Pricebook list -- a small thumbnail appears next to the item name.
  • Quote and invoice line items -- the photo is visible in the pricebook search dropdown for easy identification.
  • Mobile app -- technicians see the photo when referencing parts.

Replacing a photo

  1. Click the existing photo on the item detail page.
  2. Click Replace and select a new image.
  3. The old photo is removed and the new one displays immediately.

Removing a photo

  1. Click the photo on the item detail page.
  2. Click Remove Photo and confirm.

Tip: Use clear, well-lit photos of the actual product. This is especially helpful for parts that look similar but differ in size or model.

Note: Photos are not included on customer-facing quotes or invoices. They serve as internal reference for your team only.
