Search and Filter Pricebook Items

This guide explains how to find pricebook items quickly using the search bar, filters, and sorting options.

Using the search bar

1. Navigate to /pricebook.
2. Click the search bar at the top of the list.
3. Type any part of the item name, description, or SKU code.
4. Results update in real time.

The search is case-insensitive and matches partial strings.

Filtering by tab

Switch between the Services and Parts tabs to view only one type of item.

Filtering by category

Click the Category dropdown above the list to show items from a specific category only.

Filtering by status

Toggle between:

• Active -- items currently available.
• Archived -- items removed from the active catalog.

Sorting results

Click any column header to sort:

• Name -- alphabetical.
• Price -- by default price.
• Category -- alphabetical by category name.
• Created -- by creation date.

Click the same header again to reverse the sort order.

Tip: Use the search bar on the pricebook page to audit your catalog. Search for broad terms like "plumbing" to see all related items and check for inconsistencies.
