What this guide covers

This guide explains how to save a filtered report as a named view and share it with your team. Saved views let you return to a specific report configuration with one click instead of reapplying filters every time.

Step 1: Configure your report

  1. Navigate to any report in /reporting.
  2. Set the date range, filters, and grouping to match the view you want to save.
  3. Verify the data looks correct.

Step 2: Save the view

  1. Click Save View in the top-right area of the report.
  2. Enter a name for the view (e.g., "Q1 Plumbing Revenue").
  3. Choose the visibility:
    • Private -- only you can see this view.
    • Team -- all team members with reporting access can see it.
  4. Click Save.

The saved view appears in the Saved Views section of the reporting sidebar.

Step 3: Load a saved view

Click any saved view in the sidebar to instantly load the report with all filters, date range, and grouping pre-applied.

Each saved view has a unique URL. Click the Copy Link button next to the view name and share it via email, chat, or any other channel. Recipients with reporting access will see the same filtered view.

Tip: Create a set of standard views for your weekly team meeting so everyone reviews the same data consistently.

Managing saved views

  • Edit -- load the view, adjust filters, and click Save View again to overwrite.
  • Rename -- click the overflow menu (...) next to the view name and select Rename.
  • Delete -- click the overflow menu and select Delete. This is permanent.
