What this guide covers

This guide explains how to use the job completion rate report to measure how many jobs your team finishes on time, identify patterns in incomplete or delayed jobs, and take action to improve your overall completion rate.

Before you begin

Understanding completion rate

The completion rate is the percentage of jobs marked as Completed within their scheduled time frame. A job counts as on-time if it was completed on or before its due date.

Step 1: Open the completion rate report

  1. Navigate to /reporting from the left sidebar.
  2. Click the Jobs tab in the report navigation.
  3. Select Completion Rates from the sub-menu.

The report loads with a summary card at the top and a detailed table below.

Step 2: Read the summary metrics

Step 3: Filter by date range and team member

Use the date range selector in the top-right corner to narrow the report to a specific period. You can also filter by individual team members using the Assigned To dropdown to see each person's completion rate.

Step 4: Identify bottlenecks

Scroll to the detailed table to see each job's status. Sort by the Days Late column to find the most delayed jobs. Look for patterns:

Tip: If you notice a recurring pattern, consider adjusting your scheduling buffer or reassigning workloads from the schedule page.

Step 5: Export the data

Click Export in the top-right corner and select Export to CSV to download the completion rate data for offline analysis or team reviews.
