What data each subprocessor receives

  • AWS -- all workspace data (encrypted at rest).
  • Stripe -- payment amounts, card tokens, customer identifiers.
  • SendGrid -- recipient email addresses and email content.
  • Intuit -- contacts, invoices, items, and payments (when QuickBooks is connected).
  • Sentry -- error logs and stack traces (no personal data).
  • Cloudflare -- request metadata (IP, headers) for security.
  • Redis Cloud -- transient sync queue data (encrypted).

How subprocessors are evaluated

Before engaging a new subprocessor, JobsiteOn evaluates:

  • Security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Data protection policies and practices.
  • Incident response capabilities.
  • Contractual data protection commitments.

Changes to the subprocessor list

When we add or change a subprocessor:

  1. We update this list and the Trust Center.
  2. Customers subscribed to security updates receive a notification.
  3. A 30-day notice period applies before the change takes effect.

Tip: Subscribe to security updates at trust.jobsiteon.com to be notified whenever the subprocessor list changes.

Note: For the most current list, check trust.jobsiteon.com. This help article is updated periodically but the Trust Center is always the authoritative source.
