This guide lists the third-party services (subprocessors) that process data on behalf of JobsiteOn. Under GDPR and other data protection regulations, we are required to disclose these relationships.

What data each subprocessor receives
- AWS -- all workspace data (encrypted at rest).
- Stripe -- payment amounts, card tokens, customer identifiers.
- SendGrid -- recipient email addresses and email content.
- Intuit -- contacts, invoices, items, and payments (when QuickBooks is connected).
- Sentry -- error logs and stack traces (no personal data).
- Cloudflare -- request metadata (IP, headers) for security.
- Redis Cloud -- transient sync queue data (encrypted).
How subprocessors are evaluated
Before engaging a new subprocessor, JobsiteOn evaluates:
- Security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Data protection policies and practices.
- Incident response capabilities.
- Contractual data protection commitments.

Changes to the subprocessor list
When we add or change a subprocessor:
- We update this list and the Trust Center.
- Customers subscribed to security updates receive a notification.
- A 30-day notice period applies before the change takes effect.
