Exporting settings
Step 1: Export configuration
- Go to
/settings> Workspace > Data. - Click Export Settings.
- A JSON file downloads containing your workspace configuration: tax rates, email templates, business hours, dispatch rules, and custom fields.
Tip: Export your settings before making major configuration changes. If something goes wrong, you have a backup to reference.
