Update Your Company Information
How to update your company name, phone number, email, and mailing address that appear on quotes, invoices, and customer communications.
What this guide covers
This guide walks you through updating your company information in JobsiteOn. Your company name, phone, email, and address appear on all customer-facing documents including quotes, invoices, and emails. Keeping this information accurate ensures professionalism and clear communication.
Before you begin
- You need Owner or Admin permissions to edit company settings.
- Changes take effect immediately on all future documents. Existing sent documents are not retroactively updated.
Step 1: Navigate to company settings
- Go to
/settingsfrom the left sidebar. - Scroll to the Company group in the left sidebar.
- Click Company Info.

Step 2: Update your company details
Edit any of the following fields:
- Company Name -- the legal or trade name displayed on documents.
- Phone Number -- the primary business phone number.
- Email -- the reply-to address for customer-facing emails.
- Street Address -- your business mailing address.
- City, State, ZIP -- the rest of your mailing address.
Step 3: Save your changes
Click Save at the bottom of the form. A confirmation message appears at the top of the panel.

Step 4: Verify the update
Generate a preview invoice or quote to confirm your updated information appears correctly. Navigate to any existing invoice and check the header.
Tip: If you recently rebranded or moved offices, update this information before sending any new customer documents to avoid confusion.
What gets updated
Your company information appears on:
- Quote headers and footers.
- Invoice headers and footers.
- Automated customer emails.
- The customer-facing request portal (if enabled).
Note: If you sync with QuickBooks, your company information in JobsiteOn is independent of your QuickBooks company profile. Update both systems separately if needed.
