What this guide covers

This guide explains how to invite multiple team members at once. Bulk invitations save time when onboarding a new crew or expanding your team.

Method 1: Comma-separated emails

  1. Navigate to /team.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. In the email field, enter multiple addresses separated by commas: alice@example.com, bob@example.com, carol@example.com
  4. Select the role that will be assigned to all invitees.
  5. Click Send Invite.

Each person receives their own individual invitation email.

Method 2: CSV upload

For larger teams:

  1. Click Invite Member on the team page.
  2. Click Import from CSV.
  3. Upload a CSV file with two columns:
    • email -- the team member's email address.
    • role -- admin, dispatcher, or technician.
  4. Review the preview showing all entries.
  5. Click Send Invites.

Tip: Download the CSV template from the import dialog to ensure your file format matches what JobsiteOn expects.

Monitoring bulk invitations

After sending, all invitations appear in the Pending Invites section on the team page. You can:

  • Track which invites have been accepted.
  • Resend invites that were missed.
  • Revoke invites you no longer need.

Common issues

  • Duplicate email -- if an email is already associated with the workspace, the invite is skipped and flagged.
  • Invalid email format -- malformed addresses are rejected during the preview step.

Note: All members invited in a bulk batch receive the same role. If you need different roles, send separate batches or update roles after members accept their invitations.
