Manage Team Member Profiles
How to view and edit team member profiles, update contact information, upload photos, and manage personal details.

This guide explains how to manage team member profiles in JobsiteOn. You will learn how to view profile details, update contact information, upload profile photos, and keep member records accurate.
Viewing a team member profile
- Navigate to
/teamfrom the left sidebar. - Click any member row in the Active Members table.
- The member profile page opens showing their details.
Profile information
Each profile includes:
- Name -- first and last name.
- Email -- the email used to sign in.
- Phone -- mobile or office number.
- Role -- the assigned workspace role.
- Profile photo -- an avatar visible across the platform.
- Joined date -- when they accepted the invitation.

Editing a profile
- Open the member profile.
- Click Edit Profile in the top-right corner.
- Update any fields:
- Name -- correct spelling or update a legal name change.
- Phone -- add or change the phone number.
- Email -- update the contact email.
- Click Save.
Note: Changing a member's email does not change their sign-in credentials. The sign-in email is managed separately under account settings.
Uploading a profile photo
- On the profile page, click the photo placeholder or existing photo.
- Select an image file (JPEG or PNG, max 5 MB).
- The photo uploads and displays immediately.
Profile photos appear on:
- The team list.
- Job assignments.
- The schedule view.
- Notes and activity logs.
Who can edit profiles
- Owners and Admins can edit any team member's profile.
- Members can edit their own profile from
/settings> Profile.
Tip: Encourage every team member to upload a profile photo. It makes the schedule and job assignment views easier to scan at a glance.
