What this guide covers

This guide explains how to view performance metrics for your team. Metrics help you understand workload distribution, identify top performers, and spot areas that need improvement.

Accessing performance metrics

  1. Navigate to /team.
  2. Click the Performance tab.

The dashboard displays aggregate metrics for the selected time period.

Key metrics

Jobs completed

The total number of jobs each member completed during the selected period. Displayed as a bar chart for easy comparison.

Average completion time

How long it takes from job start to completion, averaged per member. Shorter times indicate efficiency, but consider the complexity of the work.

Revenue per member

The total invoice amount linked to jobs completed by each member. This metric helps you understand each person's contribution to revenue.

On-time rate

The percentage of jobs completed on or before the scheduled date.

Filtering metrics

Use the controls at the top of the dashboard:

  • Date range -- select a week, month, quarter, or custom range.
  • Team member -- view metrics for a specific person.
  • Crew -- view metrics for an entire crew.

Comparing members

The comparison view shows all active members side by side. Use this to:

  • Identify who is handling the most jobs.
  • Spot uneven workload distribution.
  • Recognize top performers.

Exporting metrics

Click Export to download the metrics as a CSV file. The export includes all visible metrics for the selected time period and filters.

Tip: Review team performance monthly. Use the data to inform scheduling decisions, identify training needs, and recognize outstanding work.

Note: Performance metrics are based on job completion data. If jobs are not marked as completed in the system, the metrics will be incomplete.
