What this guide covers

This guide explains how to view the activity log for individual team members. The activity log provides a timeline of everything a member has done in the workspace.

Accessing the activity log

  1. Navigate to /team.
  2. Click the member's row to open their profile.
  3. Click the Activity tab.

The log displays events in reverse chronological order.

What the log tracks

The activity log records:

  • Jobs created -- when the member creates a new job.
  • Jobs completed -- when they mark a job as done.
  • Notes added -- notes written on jobs, properties, or contacts.
  • Status changes -- any status updates they made.
  • Sign-ins -- when they signed into the workspace.
  • Profile changes -- edits to their own profile.

Each entry includes a timestamp and a link to the related record.

Using the activity log

The log is useful for:

  • Performance reviews -- understanding workload and output.
  • Auditing -- tracing who made a specific change.
  • Troubleshooting -- identifying when an incorrect action was taken.

Filtering the log

Use the date range picker at the top of the Activity tab to narrow results to a specific period. You can also filter by event type using the dropdown.

Tip: Review team activity weekly to stay informed about team workload and catch issues early.

Note: The activity log is read-only. Entries cannot be edited or deleted.
